Mobile App & Offline Data Collection
The BehaviorOps mobile application stores trial data, target progress, and timestamps locally in an encrypted SQLite database. When cellular or Wi-Fi reconnects, data syncs automatically to your clinic cloud.
Need help? Ensure the app has permissions for Location (EVV GPS clock-in) and Local Storage. If offline changes do not upload, verify internet connectivity and tap Sync Now in the settings drawer.
Provider Credentials & Login Access
Therapist and BCBA accounts are provisioned directly by your clinic administrator. If you forgot your password, you can reset it anytime via the login portal.
Billing, Clearinghouses & ERA 835
